A warm welcome

I’m Tom, a UKCP-accredited counsellor offering integrative therapy in a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space.

If you’re reading this, you may be considering counselling for the first time, or perhaps returning to therapy after some time away. Whatever has brought you here, I understand that taking the first steps towards seeking support can feel daunting, and it is completely natural to feel unsure about where to begin. By simply being here and exploring your options, you have already taken a meaningful and courageous step forward.

I offer a calm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and begin to make sense of what you are experiencing. Whether your facing depression, anxiety, bereavement, life changes, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, or something harder to put into words, I am here to support you. I bring experience from both the charity sector and NHS, which has given me the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs. I work online or by telephone, offering sessions across the UK.

I work in an integrative way, meaning I am trained in, and use, a combination of therapeutic approaches to best meet your needs. I believe that the relationships we form throughout our lives, both with others and the world around us, shape who we are. The experiences we carry, whether nurturing or painful, can influence how we see ourselves, how we grow, and how we move through the world. Understanding these patterns can help us reconnect with our inner resilience and sense of choice.

In our work together, my aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I will walk alongside you as you reflect on your experiences, develop deeper self-awareness, and build confidence to live in a way that feels more grounded, authentic, and fulfilling.
