Noon Workplace Wellbeing

Supporting your people. Strengthening your business.

A more personal approach to workplace wellbeing.

Why Noon Workplace Wellbeing?

Because you need a person, not a hotline.

When an employee is struggling, sometimes what they need isn’t another number to call. They need a person who will listen. Noon Workplace Wellbeing is a workplace counselling service, providing employees with access to confidential, professional counselling alongside practical wellbeing resources for managers.

  • Direct access - Employees can directly contact Tom to arrange confidential support.

  • Professional support - One-to-one online counselling delivered by a UKCP accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.

  • Local & Personal - A small business wellbeing partnership with a human relationship at its centre.

  • Appointments available Monday to Saturday.

What you receive.

Not an EAP. A counselling service for your workplace. Practical support for your workplace.

  • Confidential Counselling - Funded one-to-one counselling sessions employees can access when they need support completely confidentially.

  • Manager Wellbeing Guides - Monthly practical guidance delivered by email to help managers support their teams.

  • Workplace Wellbeing Strategy Reviews - A structured opportunity to step back, review priorities and consider practical improvements.

Confidentiality

Your employees’ privacy comes first.

Counselling remains confidential between the employee and therapist. Each employee who chooses to access counselling will have a separate therapeutic contract directly with Tom Noon. Employers receive only appropriate administrative information relating to the use of membership allocation. They do not receive information about an employee’s reasons for accessing counselling, what is discussed in sessions, therapeutic progress or clinical information. Employees are not required to disclose their reasons for accessing counselling to their employer.

Where there are concerns about an employee’s immediate safety or the safety of others, we would seek to work with the employee to identify appropriate support and agree what information can be shared, wherever possible. This may include contacting an appropriate support service or an emergency contact nominated by the employee following a discussion with the employee.

There may be exceptional circumstances where information needs to be shared without consent, such as where there is a legal or safeguarding requirement to do so. Any decision to disclose information would be considered carefully and only the information necessary would be shared.

Professional. Confidential. Human.
